Supported users with generic office productivity software as well as specialized software including SPSS, EndNote, and ArcGIS.  Supervised ten to twelve part-time student employees and prepared, created content for, and conducted training for student staff.  Administrated servers that were required for the front-end support staff including storage, application, and anti-virus software servers.  Implemented a change of HelpDesk request management software in 2010.  Developed content for support website as well as marketing efforts.

Accomplishments: created and successfully ran a training program for student employees, which led to an increase of more than 10 percentage points in customer satisfaction for desktop support; collaborated in HelpDesk customer service walk-in desk remodel; successfully managed HelpDesk request management software migration, the first time without incident; started a successful yearly marketing and feedback campaign for student laptop purchase program.
